These terms are between you and [Company legal name] ("we"). By creating an account or using Testapp you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@example.com if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
What you put in the service stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and show it only as needed to run the service for you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using the service fairly
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to send spam, to upload anything you have no right to share, or to probe, overload or get around its security. We may suspend an account that does.
Plans and payment
- A paid plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. A cancelled plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
- Prices are before any taxes that apply where you are.
Changes
We improve the service all the time and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance and ask you to accept the new terms before you carry on.
Ending
You may stop using the service and close your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the service running and your information safe, but provide it "as is", without promising it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
